• "I'm having troubles uploading my photos / creating my order."

It should take about 10 secs for the 9 pics to upload from your mobile or desktop. ⚡

You have to upload 9 pics (1 pic per magnet/square) to create your set and add it to your cart.

Once you've selected the pic(s) in the gallery of your device, don't forget to click "add". 😉

You can upload your pics 1 by 1 by selecting and adding only 1 pic at the time, or you can select up to 9 pics and add them all at once.

It your pics won't upload and you're using the Facebook in-app browser, try with your usual browser (Chrome, Safari...). 🤓

If you've a low upload speed, a weak internet connection, or heavy pics (above 10 MB / pic) you could experience some delay.

Don't panic! 😮‍💨 Try to wait 2-3 min.

Next, refresh the web page and try again by uploading the pics 1 by 1. Clear the cache of your browser or try with another browser. Try with another device or check your internet connection. Make sure the size of your pics doesn't exceed 10 MB / pic.

  • "Where is my order?"

Your order is produced and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after you placed your order.

It is then delivered to your mailbox within 6 to 10 business days (Economy & Standard), or 3 to 6 business days (Priority). 🚀

We rely on our postal service partner (USPS). If you still haven't received your order after 3 weeks, contact us🧑🏼‍🚀

  • "Where is my tracking number?"

If you picked the Economy shipping method at checkout, your shipment is not tracked. 🤷🏻

If you picked Tracked or Priority, you'll receive the tracking # by email when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find the tracking # in the shipping confirmation email, contact us. 🧑🏼‍🚀


  • "Can I cancel my order?"

Your order is automatically manufactured and dispatched within 72 hours after placing it. If you want to cancel your order, contact us🧑🏼‍🚀 

If you order has not been produced, you can get a full refund.

  • "Can I add a note to my order for gifting?"

We currently do not propose this service, but if you lobby for it we will consider adding this feature! Just contact us to let us know. 🧑🏼‍🚀


  • "Is my payment safe?"

Payments are made online with leading third party payment solutions. Orders can be paid by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

The payment system integrates the most recent security solutions including certification PCI DSS and encrypted data according to the SSL protocole as to secure users’ data. 🔐

  • "When will I be charged?"

    Your payment is processed immediately once your order is placed but the turnaround time can vary depending on your bank. 

    We reserve the right to cancel an order if a payment problem occurs.

    In case of refund you will be credited on the bank account linked to the card you used at checkout. If you have any issue, please contact us. 🧑🏼‍🚀

    • "Do you have promo codes?"

    We don't, but we do promo operations from time to time. Make sure you register to our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) if you don't want to miss out! 👀

    • "What is the shipping price?"

    The shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your order's weight and the shipping method you pick (Economy, Standard or Priority).

    It varies from $3.95 for Economy to $11.90 for Priority. Standard Shipping is complementary on orders over $49, and Priority Shipping is complementarity on orders over $99. 🎁


    • "Is my fridge magnetic?"

    Most fridges are, but some of the stainless steel ones aren't, sadly! There are 2 types of stainless steels: ferritic (magnetic) and austenitic (non–magnetic).

    Don't despair if your fridge is not magnetic! There are some tricks to stick your magnets on it anyways! 🤓


    Once you place your order, it is automatically and instantly queued for production and processed. ⚙️

    If you would still like to inquire about canceling your order, contact us immediately with your order number in the subject line and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue at minimum expense and inconvenience.

    • "I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?"

      We have the highest quality standards. However, if you are unlucky, we will allow you to order again for free. You just need to contact us and attach a clear picture showing the issue. 🧑🏼‍🚀

      We do not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for delayed delivery. In the event of a missing order, we'll collaborate with you to ensure its successful delivery.
