Refund policy

 

We want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How long you have

You can return most items within 45 days of receiving them. Items should be in the same condition you received them, and returned with all original parts.

What’s covered

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly made. We also accept returns if you decide not to keep an item, as long as it is in new or slightly used condition.

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

How to start

Contact Us within 45 days and include your order number (#USXXXXST) in the subject line. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Ship the item back by mail. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Fees and timing

We do not charge any restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we caused the issue.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If the replacement item costs more or less, we will adjust the payment or refund accordingly.

About custom photo products

We display cropping or image quality warnings during checkout. If you approve your design after such a warning, it will be produced as validated and is not eligible for return or refund due to cropping or image quality. Returns for other reasons are still accepted within 45 days if the item meets the condition requirements above.
